Man Riding Chair Lift System is a proven, safe and efficient transportation solution for miners to travel long distances in underground mines more than last 35 years.

This system powered by a fail-safe hydro-mechanical drive system with modular design and simple hydraulics.

UG Mine Inspection

As per mine plan ,offset plan and ventilation plan, we inspect under ground mine by our experienced service team in all respects.

Manufacturing & Supply

Inhouse manufacturing of MRCL System under Make In India Local Supplier  Class 1 by maintaining ISO 9001:2015 , 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.

Technical Evaluation

As per mine inspection ,we provide (a) technical evaluation report , (b) select of proper materials and  (c) execution plan to install MRCL System in due time .

Installation-Commissioning

We install and commissioning the MRCL System within 3 months by our experienced service team with Zero Rope Spinning warranty .

Repairing & Modification

To reduce shifting/maintenance cost ,we repair/modify existing used MRCL materials for your new installation and utilize those as per applicable standard.

DGMS Approvals

We provide DGMS Field Trial Approval, Permission to Use Approval , Regular Approval and Renewal for MRCL System in all respect. We do all documentation.

Service Support

We provide prompt service support  during after sales and in every  emergency/breakdown situations by our experienced Service Engineer.  

Shifting Of MRCL

We do shifting of MRCL System completely from 900 mm to 1200 mm rope spacing along with providing all necessary DGMS Approvals.

ARC and AMC

We provide Annual Rate Contract on spares and Annual Maintenance Contract for MRCL system in all respects , i.e. Hydro-Mech-Electrical. 

DGMS CIRCULAR

ÆIt is mandatory to install MRCL in underground mine for mine length 1000 meter long and above .


ÆCurrently Director General Of Mine Safety had circulated a circular to maintain Rope spacing in MRCL System is to be 1200 mm followed by IS 17242:2019 standard . (Earlier rope spacing was 900 mm)
